If you selected a store credit through our returns portal and would now like to change this to a refund, please contact our Customer Service team within 28 days of the store credit being issued.
Requests made outside of this timeframe cannot be processed.
Please note that all changes are subject to our returns policy. If approved, any additional incentive amount will be removed and a return deduction will be applied.
